What SOJT includes
Defined task lists by ATA chapter, mapped to licence category and/or aircraft type Supervision by experienced certifying staff with sign-off privileges
Progressive responsibility: observation, assisted tasking, independent tasking under supervision
Competence assessments (knowledge, skills, and behaviours) at planned milestones
Evidence capture: task cards, worksheets, photos (where permitted), and supervisor attestations
